"No meet and greet as we were taken TO not FROM airport. Taxi was fine although took a back route to airport which took a lot longer - okay as we had booked with enough time to allow for this but if not, would have been an issue. Otherwise firm itself was good. However, not happy with Taxicode itself. I had booked a six-seater when it turned out that this would not fit our bags, even though I had detailed exactly what luggage we had in the booking. The next size up was a LOT more expensive and I was told I would lose 50% of the price if I cancelled, even though I called immediately the booking was made to check it would be okay. We did negotiate a reasonable solution, but I was very, very unhappy that I couldn't cancel when I'd been clear in my booking about our requirements and then told when I called that I'd need the next size up."
